I live in the USA, if the 110v didn't give it away already. Plus I only use either LED's or compact  Fluorescent bulbs that are still working. I would love to be able to dim some of them even though they were not meant to be dimmable.

110 should be the same as 220. Just, if you use any voltage divider, cahnge the values. Keep up!
